The immunological research at FAU is supported by the Core-Unit- for Cell-Sorting and Immunomonitoring, the Optical Imaging Center Erlangen, the Franz Penzoldt-Center for Animal Research, the Preclinical Imaging Center Erlangen (PIPE), and the Next-Generation-Sequencing Core-Unit.
In cooperation with the Max Planck Center for Physics and Medicine, a joint venture of the Max Planck-Society, FAU and the University Hospital Erlangen and the Max Planck Institute for the Science of Light researchers of FAU I-MED develop novel methods for the analysis of immunological processes.
